Formerly known as The Counseling Program - Lehigh Valley Division, Preferred EAP was founded in 1985 and is the region’s largest, most experienced provider of comprehensive EAP services.

Preferred EAP has counseled over 20,000 employees or dependents from over 50 sponsoring organizations and conducted hundreds of supervisory consultations, personal development seminars and organizational development programs.
