Our main offices are in Allentown, PA. At Preferred EAP, we are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.* Real people answer our phones and a counselor is always readily available to assist someone in crisis. Our seasoned clinicians are experts at client-oriented, clinically-driven therapies. They take an active and practical approach to counseling so that problems are resolved quickly and effectively.

* Normally we offer appointments within 72 hours of first contact and within 24 hours for urgent situations.
